Last Friday, my fiesty Lily turned three! I can't believe it, in some ways it feels like yesterday she was born, and in others I can hardly remember what life was like before we were blessed with her.
Erik and I were laughing the night before her birthday remembering how before we had her we were pretty sure we had parenting all figured out, and then Lily came onto the scene and caused us to realize how very little we knew about being parents!
Lily is spunky, sweet, stubborn, sassy, and downright adorable(in my humblest mommy opinion.)
She loves wearing princess dresses and playing with her babies. She takes being a "big" girl very seriously. She is an excellent talker, and she makes us laugh with her three year old insight. She definitely knows how to push her siblings buttons, particularly Jack's, but she is also very loving.
Life with Lily is never dull. She's a ball of energy, and keeps us on our toes constantly!
We love you, Lily! It's an honor to be your mom, and I can't wait to see what God does in your life!
